During a visit in 1990, Marc completely fell for Portland’s character, sense of community, and quality of living. So, two short years later he made the move and adopted Portland as his new hometown. Marc became a licensed real estate agent in 2010, and has bought and sold a number of area homes since, becoming intimately acquainted with the city and its real estate market.

Not once, but twice (!) Marc delivered on last minute pleas for an instant real estate response. In both cases, we were competing for homes in high demand and wanted a same-day offer prepared and delivered immediately. Were we dreaming? No, because Marc moved forward on our behalf without hesitation and exceeded our expectations by offering to make a final hour walk-through to ensure we were not making a mistake. We knew we could trust his evaluation. He also actually appreciated how personally important finding just the right home meant to us.
